Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Executive Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our esteemed client. The Executive Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth travel experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring a clean and well-maintained appearance.
- Provide transportation services for the CEO, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Plan efficient routes considering traffic and road conditions to meet scheduled appointments and events.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, and materials.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, perform routine checks, and report any issues promptly.
- Ensure the safety of passengers by adhering to traffic laws, driving regulations, and company policies.
- Handle unexpected situations, such as route changes or travel delays, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of local routes, landmarks, and alternative directions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing executive’s needs and preferences.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- 8 years of proven experience as an executive driver or in a similar role.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
- Familiarity with GPS, local traffic and road conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and changes in schedule.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
