Job Description

The HR & Admin Head will oversee all human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the effective management of personnel and organizational operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to meet staffing needs.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Handle employee training and development programs.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office facilities and supplies.
  • Manage relationships with external HR and legal partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
