Responsibilities

  • Support offshore operations by assisting in the day-to-day running of equipment and machinery.
  • Gain practical knowledge in oil and gas operations through on-the-job training.
  • Contribute to operational excellence while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop technical competence to grow into future leadership roles in operations.
  • Assist in operating and monitoring offshore production equipment and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment under supervision.
  • Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various equipment.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of daily activities and equipment performance.
  • Participate in safety drills and comply with HSE policies.
  • Collaborate with senior operators and technicians to learn operational best practices.
  • Report any anomalies or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Second Class Upper preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations or related field (NYSC or Internship experience is acceptable).
  • Basic knowledge of offshore operations and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the operations field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Age range: 25 – 30 years.
