We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Risk Analyst.

Job Summary

Century Group is seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Analyst to support the implementation of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework by assisting with risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across the organization. In this role, you will ensure that risk information is accurately captured and analysed to enable informed decision-making, while promoting a strong risk culture by reinforcing that risk ownership resides within business units, with the ERM function providing oversight and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Risk Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze risk-related data across departments to support risk assessments and reporting.
• Risk Register Management: Maintain and update enterprise and departmental risk registers with accurate and current information.
• Risk Monitoring: Track risk exposure and support ongoing monitoring activities across the organization.
• KRI Tracking & Reporting: Support the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning signals.
• Risk Reporting: Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and summaries for management and executive review.
• Risk Assessment Support: Assist in facilitating periodic risk identification and assessment sessions across business units.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Professional Certifications in FRM or PRM, CRMA, ACA or ACCA.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to Risk frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in the oil & gas or energy sector is an added advantage
