Job Summary
This is a full-time remote role for a Tenders and Bid Specialist. The Tenders and Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating bid processes, preparing and submitting bids, writing proposals, and managing tender requirements. Day-to-day tasks also include ensuring timely delivery of bid documents, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and maintaining detailed records of all tender activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Experience in Bid Processes and Tender Management, Nipex, SAP & SMART
- 3 years experience in an Oil and Gas firm
- Proficiency in Bid Preparation and Proposal Writing
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
