Caraway Foods International | Caraway Foods International is a branch of Olams Nigeria which is into agri-busines supplying food and industrial raw Materials

The Graduate Trainee Scheme is aimed at developing a talent pipeline of future leaders for Olam’s businesses in Nigeria. The scheme will offer trainees a unique platform to build a foundation for leadership opportunities. Selected candidates will undergo a 12 months training program during which they will be exposed to; Classroom trainings, Cross Functional/Business Stints, Shadow Assignments, Field Sales Assignments and Live Projects.

General requirements

  • National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program completed
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
  • Young and energetic
  • Ability to thrive in different working conditions.
  • Strong team spirit
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills
  • Must be open to relocation and willing to work in any part of Nigeria

1.) Caraway Graduate Trainee – Sales

Requirements:

  • First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of second-class upper grade.
  • 1 -2 years’ work experience.
  • Willing to work in the field and travel extensively.
  • Ability to speak one other major Nigerian language, will be an added advantage.

2.) Caraway Graduate Trainee – Marketing

Requirements

  • First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of second-class upper grade.
  • 1 – 3 years’ work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proclivity towards Brand Management
  • Certificates in Data Analytics / Statistics are an added advantage
