About the Beacon Power Services Graduate Trainee Programme 2026
The BPS Graduate Training Program is a 12-month structured development initiative aimed at nurturing our next generation of talent. As a Graduate Trainee, you will rotate across two business functions, spending six months in each, and gain hands-on experience in how BPS operates.
At the end of the program, top-performing participants will be offered permanent roles within BPS. We are committed to identifying and developing high-potential individuals, those with the right mindset and attitude, and growing them into key contributors within our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assigned operational tasks on time and to standard
- Support research, analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions
- Take on more responsibility over time and own your work
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Ask for feedback and act on it
- Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in;
- Computer Science / IT
- Data Science
- Business Administration
- Finance / Accounting
- Human Resources / Organizational Psychology
- Electrical Engineering
- Communications / Multimedia / Marketing
- ESG / Sustainability
- Must have completed NYSC or possess Discharge Certificate.
