Offshore Services Contractor established in 2011. We provide geophysical, geotechnical, and subsea
solutions to marine-related industries in Nigeria and overseas. Our services support various applications, including pre-drilling activities, pipelines/cable laying routes, positioning, offshore foundation support structural inspection, and rectification work. We serve a wide range of industries, such as oil & gas, renewable energy, infrastructure telecommunications, and transportation.

Job Summary

This is a full-time role as an administrative coordinator at Subsea100 Global. The Administrative coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, managing finance-related tasks, and demonstrating strong organizational skills. This is an
on-site role located in Port Harcourt

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of finance
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications in administrative management or related field
