Responsibilities

  • Ensure that HSE considerations are included in all work plans for non-routine maintenance campaigns and projects.
  • Detailed planning and scheduling of non-routine maintenance projects and campaigns
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress
  • Develop and publish periodic project status report
  • Assist the project Engineer in coordination of project field activities
  • Monitor maintenance backlog for non-routine maintenance function and ensure backlog is always within acceptable limits
  • Update the integrated activity planning and scheduling (IAPS) plans for the various planning horizons within the non-routine maintenance function
  • Prepare and issue weekly integrated schedule (IS) KPI reports
  • Prepare and issue monthly IAPS short term (ST) KPI reports
  • Support the project Engineer in front end material, resources, and cost planning
  • Ensure adequate stakeholder engagement during front end project planning phase
  • Turnaround planning and scheduling of non-routine maintenance scope items
  • Ability to interface with other units (Asset) to ensure department plans are aligned tobusiness planning.

Requirements

  • BEng. /HND in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in oil and gas installations
  • Able to use key planning tools like Primavera and ERP systems.
  • Experience in development and production of work scope and cost estimating.
  • Extensive working knowledge of all relevant engineering standards and codes of practice relevant to work with company
