Responsibilities:
- Collection of relevant data from various service units
- Reconciliation of clients account (HMO) with medical records and finance department
- Engage in organizational contract development and management activities while enforcing organisational principles of integrity and compliance
- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organisational database s and securely maintained
- Develop standards for contracts and tariff, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions
- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management inputs on timelines and deliverables
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit the healthcare organisation’s financial performance.
- Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
Requirements
- Bsc/HND in Business Administration or any related field
- Proficient in the use of MS Office especially MS Excel
- Minimum of 4years with HMO operational experience
