IKOSH Nigeria Limited is an indigenous engineering and oil & gas services company based in Port Harcourt, providing solutions in engineering, procurement, project management, and technical services to clients in the energy sector.
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:
1) Commercial Officer
Responsibilities
- Analysing, tracking, and reporting commercial and project-related data to support management decisions.
- Preparing commercial reports, dashboards, and summaries with tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Supporting RFQs, proposal preparation, documentation, and follow-up processes for bids and tenders.
- Assisting with client engagement, commercial correspondence, and B2B coordination activities.
- Managing commercial documentation (filing, version control, organization) via collaboration platforms like Google Workspace.
- Working with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of project commercial information.
- Helping monitor project performance from a commercial perspective.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in a commercial or technical coordination role (preferably in oil & gas)
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field
- Data analytics and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)
- RFQ/tender support and commercial documentation coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
2) Business and Contract Officer
Responsibilities
- Organising and coordinating client forums and engagement activities while managing related documentation and registrations.
- Maintaining accurate records of vendor status (active, dormant, or prospect).
- Tracking and managing vendor opportunities and supporting supply chain initiatives.
- Coordinating strategic account activities, including client visits, presentations, and relationship follow-ups.
- Developing new business opportunities via structured contact development and opportunity mapping.
- Helping to support project scopes (e.g., SCADA, instrumentation, maintenance) including site visit coordination and proposals.
- Liaising with clients and OEM partners for technical offer development and commercial submissions (e.g., FCVs, gas projects).
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a commercial or technical coordination role within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of vendor management, supply chain coordination, and technical documentation.
