Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Female Hostel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the female hostel at our newly established nursing school. The Female Hostel Warden will ensure a safe, supportive, and conducive living environment for female students.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the female hostel, including room assignments, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations, and address student concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise hostel staff and promote a positive and respectful living environment for students.
- Collaborate with college administration on hostel policies and initiatives to enhance student welfare.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hostel management, facility management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle crises and manage conflicts effectively.
- Understanding of student development and support services.
- OND, HND or a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
