Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Moral & Ethics Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background, proven teaching experience, and a passion for educating students on moral and ethical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures on Moral & Ethics to students.
- Develop and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a first degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Philosophy, Ethics, Sociology, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PDA) or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) is required.
- Proven teaching experience in a tertiary education setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
- Demonstrated dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
