1. Crane Technician
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in crane maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical crane systems
- Basic knowledge of offshore operations and safety protocols
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
2. Operator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Second Class Upper preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in operations or related field (NYSC or Internship experience is acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of offshore operations and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the operations field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Age range: 25 – 30 years.
3. Operations Assistant
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, or a Science-related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Machinist
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience as a machinist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in manufacturing environments.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials when required
5. Welder
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or vocational welding program is preferred.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- 2-4 years of welding experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures
