We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as a Regulatory Coordinator.

Job Summary

Arla Dano is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Coordinator to support regulatory activities, ensure timely product registrations and renewals, and maintain full compliance with national and international regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with internal teams and regulatory authorities to ensure market readiness of products.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration of imported and locally produced products.
• Serve as a liaison with Nigerian regulatory bodies such as: SON, NAFDAC, FCCPC, NESREA,NAQS, DVPCS
• Support timely approvals for new product and packaging launches.
• Participate in industry and trade associations and food standards bodies.
• Implement globally aligned regulatory strategies.
• Provide regulatory guidance on ingredients, products, nutrition, and labeling.
• Participate in scientific and regulatory incident management and crisis resolution.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
