Job Summary
The ideal candidate will execute maintenance activities to meet work programs and safety requirements and quality standards in order to ensure plant availability, reliability, and Integrity objectives are achieved for own specialist discipline to enhance business continuity by export of LNG, LPG, and condensate in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere strictly to the requirements of the Permit-to-Work system in the execution of maintenance work and ensure good housekeeping is always maintained to achieve expected high safety standard.
- Carry out all necessary safety critical functions on asset as identified, assigned, and defined in the bowties to ensure that the effectiveness of the control barriers and recovery measures are maintained
- Plan and organize work in conjunction with the supervisor, principal/senior technician, and planners, making sure the required arrangements to carry out assigned work in an efficient and effective manner are put in place to ensure that equipment down-time is minimized as much as possible.
- Carry out maintenance activities on plant rotating and static equipment (Gas and Diesel Generators) at the GTS Nodes and arrange spares for equipment overhauls to ensure Plant reliability, integrity, and availability.
- Carry out maintenance activities on Overhead Davit Jib Cranes and Pig Launchers installed at the Nodes and GTPs to the required quality standard to ensure Plant reliability, integrity, and availability.
- Input and updates equipment history records in PACER Maintenance Management System for accurate reliability data.
- Follow on with learning and competency development as outlined in the Dover Training scheme and learning opportunities assigned from the PG department.
- Provide inputs based on maintenance experience of equipment upgrades; Project Development Request or/and Simple Engineering Changes to enhance business continuity.
- Advice on field (on-the-job) equipment/spares usage and failure rate to enhance planning of stocking levels to ensure availability of spares.
- Comply with all identified training in the competency and assessment in order to acquire relevant knowledge and skill required to execute work.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma, HND (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
- 5 years’ working experience in Mechanical maintenance.
