Job Summary

Diligent and customer-focused Service Lift Operator adept at overseeing the daily operations of lifts to ensure a smooth and secure vertical transportation experience. Conducts routine inspections of lift cabins, prioritizing cleanliness and functionality. Proactively addresses and resolves concerns to maintain a complaint-free environment. Demonstrates emergency preparedness, swiftly resolving issues to ensure passenger safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Routine inspection of inside of the lift cabin
  • Ensure no complaints on the Lifts
  • Emergency preparedness and resolution
  • Ensure the communication systems in the lift are working
  • Good Attitude towards tenants and guests
  • Good housekeeping of the cabin
  • Attending to and directing tenants and guests to appropriate floors
  • Timely Rescuing of passengers during emergency (lift trap)
  • Give support to contractors during maintenance when necessary.

Requirements:

  • SSCE Holder with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lift operator.
