Job Summary
The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program is a one year intensive, immersive and hands-on program to train young talents and develop a new generation of leaders for its businesses, strategy and expansion across the oil palm value chain and edible oil industry.
Requirements
- Graduates aged 26 years or younger with a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) bachelor’s degree (u, MEng, B.Tech or equivalent) in any of the following disciplines: Agriculture, Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering
- Engineering (all relevant fields)
- Environmental or Social Sciences
- Finance or Accounting
- Sales and Marketing
- Supply Chain, Inventory or Logistics
- Business Administration, HR, IT or Data An ofalytics
- National service completed with discharge certificate
- Candidates must be computer literate.
- Be willing to work and live in remote rural area.
