As a Graduate Intern, you will participate in the Company’s one year graduate internship program in fulfilment of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), contributing in fresh graduates’ professional development and exposure to the benefits the experience of working in a multinational organization afford.

We are recruiting to fill the Positions Below;

1). Planning and Operations)

Responsibilities include

Assist Ergo Contacts with Ergonomics assessment exercise for personnel
Collate weekly reports & attend to every other scheduled/unscheduled Office requests, Contract monitoring and follow up – Provide scope and details for free text requisition, Purchase Orders,
Support in Planning & Budgeting and cost analysis, Etc.

2). Catering

Responsibilities include Assist in Meal sheets/Request for Service verification and inspections documentation, Track Daily Platforms requests/ complaints and follow up to closure, Assist in Platforms Menu tracking compliance, Assist to collate weekly reports and key performance indicators, Etc.

3). Facilities Management:

Responsibilities include Daily coordination of Mobil House, Mobil Annex, Creek and Olumide car parks janitorial/housekeeping operations/activities, Mobil Annex AGO (Diesel) stock Management (request, deliveries and consumption), Tracking of contractors to ensure necessary repairs/maintenance and replacement are done, Etc.

4). Safety, Security, Health and Environment

Responsibilities include Collate Loss prevention Observation (LPOs), Review for quality and upload to Business Support Centre (BSC), Collate Monthly team work hours to meet deadline for submission to BSC, Prepare meetings decks and participate in the meetings, Collate weekly reports & attend to every other scheduled/unscheduled Office requests, Participate in sites inspections and document the inspection report as may be required, etc.

Requirements:

  • Applicants to this programme must be Nigerian with a degree in Engineering or BSc in any one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical or Civil.
  • Must posses a BSc or BA degree.(in Finance, Accounts, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline).
  • Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class, Upper division (2:1) no earlier than 2019.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC) no earlier than 2021.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer and MS office applications.

Location: Lagos, Akwa Ibom, Port Harcourt and Abuja.
