Marconi.NG EPC Limited is a Nigerian-owned Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company operating mainly in the oil & gas and energy sector.

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:

1) Dimensional Controller

Responsibilities

• Carry out dimensional inspections on fabricated items (piping, structures, modules)
• Verify alignment, fit-up, and geometry using drawings and specs
• Interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and GA layouts
• Use measuring tools (tape, level, theodolite, laser tools)
• Identify and report deviations and non-conformances
• Maintain inspection records and reports
• Work with fabrication and QA/QC teams for corrections

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Engineering or related technical field
• 3–7 years experience (oil & gas preferred)
• Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and tolerances

2) QA Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA policies, procedures, and documentation
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Monitor quality performance metrics and report findings
• Ensure proper document control and record keeping
• Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Interface with clients and auditors during reviews

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years QA experience
• Strong knowledge of QMS and documentation processes

3) QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Review engineering documents, procedures, and method statements
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections and ensure compliance
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and third parties
• Supervise QA/QC inspectors
• Ensure compliance with standards (ASME, API, ISO)

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related)
• 5–10 years QA/QC experience (oil & gas or construction)
• Strong knowledge of international standards and codes

4) QA/QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on materials, welding, and installations
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and ITPs
• Identify and document non-conformances
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records
• Witness tests and ensure procedures are followed
• Support audits and quality reviews

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Engineering or Technical field
• 3–7 years QA/QC inspection experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

5) Welding Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect welding activities (fit-up, in-process, final stages)
• Ensure compliance with WPS, PQR, and welding procedures
• Monitor welder qualifications and certifications
• Review and approve welding reports
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions
• Work with QA/QC and fabrication teams

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years welding inspection experience
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and codes (ASME, API)
