Job Summary:
The job holder supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure accurate budgeting, effective cash flow management, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and internal control standards, while providing financial insights for decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in line with regulatory standards.
- Monitor cash flow and support working capital optimization.
- Analyze costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing financial risks and maintaining internal controls.
- Support audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of findings.
- Assist in tax planning and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain financial systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support financial oversight of procurement activities and cost optimization.
- Partner with departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Participate in strategic financial discussions and business decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Qualified/certified / member of an Accounting professional body(ACCA, ICAN )
- Experience with data analysis tools and AI will be an advantage.
