1. Technical Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

• Carry out stock and inventory control by reordering spare parts using set reorder levels and Economic Order Quantities as Set up in Maximo
• Constantly review ROL and EOQ to minimize stockouts and ensure availability of needed spare parts for effective operations.
• Ensure implementation of 5S principles within the technical store.
• Act as process owner from purchase-to-pay process for all technical items and services.
• Participate in and oversee monthly stock taking exercise.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Higher National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering related studies.
• Proven work experience of minimum five (5) years in similar position.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Goal-oriented with proven ability to get results.
• Good negotiation skills

2. Payable Accountant

Job Summary:

As a Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices & expense reports. Liaise with treasury on vendor payments run and queries.

Responsibilities:

• Booking of both Local and foreign invoices on SAP
• Booking of request for Advance payment in respect of Customs Duty, Other Clearing Charges for raw materials & Spares
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Reconciliation of GRNI, Trade Account Payable GL Balances and Vendors advance payment and submission of a weekly/monthly report on these activities.
• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Posting of Month-end Closing Journals for – Accruals, Prepayments, Amortization etc
• Provide supporting documentation for audits

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, rules, and practices affecting the development, maintenance, and control of fiscal record keeping systems.
• Good knowledge of methods and techniques for coding, verifying, balancing, and reconciling accounting records.

3. Technical Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and speed targets.
• Implement Autonomous Maintenance on machines at defined frequences.
• Accurately document all tasks performed, including machine operation and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to resolve machine related issues effectively.
• Apply all company provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to Health Safety regulations
• Prevent product cross-contamination by ensuring equipment cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field.
• At least, three (3) years relevant work experience.
• Detailed orientation.
• Ability to work shift rotation & extended work hours.
• High level of drive and initiative.
• Excellent ownership mindset.
• Good communication & interpersonal relationship skills.
