Time Keeper at LES Energy Services

Responsibilities:

  • Track and record personnel attendance, working hours, and activities on-site.
  • Monitor project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and teams to streamline workflow and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Implement time management systems and tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a time keeper, scheduler, or similar role in the oil & gas industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for time tracking and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil & gas sector.
