Responsibilities:
- Track and record personnel attendance, working hours, and activities on-site.
- Monitor project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and teams to streamline workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
- Implement time management systems and tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a time keeper, scheduler, or similar role in the oil & gas industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for time tracking and scheduling.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil & gas sector.
