We are looking for graduate trainees to join our Team.

Job Summary:

As a Graduate Trainee in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, you will participate in a structured training program aimed at developing your technical expertise and practical skills in power systems, equipment maintenance, and operational support. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Second Class Lower division (B.Sc) or Lower Credit (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of experience
  • Strong academic record and technical aptitude
  • Demonstrated interest in power and telecom infrastructure
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and commit to the Graduate Trainee Programme

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Fundamental knowledge of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits, power distribution, and control systems
  • Familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g, AutoCAD, ServiceNOW)
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
