The RMB Graduate Programme is an intensive 12–18-month growth journey that gives postgraduate students the opportunity to kick-start their careers at a leading corporate and investment bank. The Programme is designed to expand graduates’ skills, sharpen their thinking and unlock their full potential.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be a graduate with a minimum of a second-class upper degree.
- Applicants must not be older than 25 years at the time of application.
- Applicants must have completed NYSC as of December 31st 2025.
- Only candidates who provide complete and accurate information will be considered.
- The Programme is open only to individuals who are legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
