We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and experienced Logistics officer with 3 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, management, and distribution of vehicles. This role requires strong logistical planning skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3 years experience in logistics/Fleet management
- Proven track record of improving logistics operations, reducing costs
- Process vehicle maintenance and efficient record keeping.
- Implement operational standards on vehicles
- Oversee training and induction of new drivers, and allocation of vehicles for official duties
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and routine service
- Keep logistics record( fuel, repairs, car service routine, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in logistics software, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance, including customs clearance and transportation regulations
