Duplo is a Lagos-based fintech startup that enables businesses in Africa to automate their spend management, simplify cross-border payments, and control business finances all on one platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in engaging and converting marketing and sales-qualified leads across Duplo’s product suite
- Assist with outbound lead generation efforts (e.g., researching prospects, building lead lists)
- Assist with outreach to leads via email and calls to schedule product demos and meetings
- Provide administrative and research support to the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Support with product demos and presentations to clients
- Assist in tracking leads, updating CRM records, and maintaining accurate sales data
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Strong interest in Sales/Business development in the financial technology space
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with sales tools (eg. HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
- Proactive attitude with good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
