DESCRIPTION

A motivated, creative and innovative business development Personnel that can make a difference in a fast-growing business, responsible for developing and executing effective business and sales strategy, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction, both online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement creative, innovative and effective business and sales strategy
• Proactively identify new and leveraging growth opportunities to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
• Promoting Customer satisfaction and long-lasting customer relationship.
• Achieve agreed sales/revenue targets.
• Developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention strategy
• Assist with business operations
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong passion for sales and Business development.
• Must be confident with a superb leadership skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills; Ability to observe customer and customer pain and provide creative solutions.
• Computer and digital technology literate.
• Scientific/science knowledge/background is an added advantage.
