ETL Engineering Services Limited, is a full-fledged indigenous Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Maintenance/Management (EPCIM) Company.

We are involved in Industrial Automation & Instrumentation projects, Electrical power Engineering projects, procurement of specialized equipment, installations and maintenance of engineering equipment and components, HSE Services etc.

We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as an Entry Level Technical Instructor.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions in basic electrical, mechanical, and automation concepts to entry-level learners.
  • Facilitate hands-on practical workshops involving wiring, mechanical assemblies, sensors, and PLCS.
  • Support the development of training content including lesson plans, manuals, and lab exercises.
  • Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, feedback, and practical demonstrations.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and practical learning environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) for B.Sc,B.Eng, Upper Credit for HND holders -Diploma/ National Diploma holders in:
  • Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Technology or a related technical discipline
  • Solid foundation in Electrical circuits and basic wiring Mechanical systems and tools
  • Industrial automation fundamentals (PLCs, sensors, actuators),
  • Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for training and developing others
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic training environment
