We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the 2026 Graduate Trainee Program

Responsibilities

  • Conduct energy benchmarking and steam system performance analysis for Nigerian industries
  • Visit industrial sites and conduct plant surveys for data collection (coordinated with Bhojsons PLC)
  • Collaborate with engineers and teams across Nigeria, India, and Singapore through Bhojsons PLC
  • Present findings and technical reports to clients
  • Transition into a Technical Sales Engineer role in Nigeria through Bhojsons PLC

Requirements

  • Engineering Graduates (2025-26 batch) in Mechanical, Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Passionate about energy conservation, technical sales, and process efficiency
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Open to working in collaboration with channel partner (Bhojsons PLC)
