Beamco Nigeria Limited is a 100% Nigerian-owned Company that was incorporated in 1980. Our Board of Directors consists of Nigerian professionals with vast experience in a wide range of businesses, engineering fields and sectors.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidates to fill the position of;

  • Job title: Key Account Representative- Industry
  • Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently oversee and manage all aspects pertaining to assigned accounts, from initial lead identification through to payment finalisation, ensuring a smooth and efficient closure of the business cycle.
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships within a designated client portfolio, attaining a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and requirements.
  • Tailor solutions to precisely align with their strategic goals, thereby mitigating the risk of client attrition.
  • Stay well-informed of evolving client production trends, investment initiatives, and industry dynamics to identify emerging business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline for potential growth.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products and services to designated accounts, carefully adhering to their specific requirements.
  • Ensure continuous customer satisfaction by consistently meeting key performance metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Response Time (RT), and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
  • Prepare regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging key account metrics to provide actionable insights and track performance effectively.
  • Conduct thorough surveys and analyse product utilisation within client facilities to glean valuable insights for informed decision-making and strategic product enhancement.

Requirements:

  • B.Eng Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Experience and Knowledge in the following products is a plus. Water distribution and the General Industry. Key Knowledge in the following pumps: KSB, Grundfos, Sulzer, water industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
