- Replenishment of Office Supplies.
- Assist in developing and enforcing budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ work experience in an administrative position.

2. Learning & Development Specialist
Job Summary
- The Ideal Candidate will be responsible to support the Head Human Resources in the effective delivery of the overall L&D and Recruitment strategy.
- The post holder will identify development needs, design, create and deliver solutions across the organisation at every level, including online learning.
- Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D interventions.
Requirements
- BSC/HND in Management or Social Science or any related discipline from a reputable University/ Polytechnic
- CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD, CIPM
- Minimum of Five (5) years cumulative cognate experience in an HR/Learning & Development roleÂ
- • Knowledge of Performance ManagementÂ
- • Experience in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
- Working knowledge of an Applicants Tracking System (ATS) or SAP HRÂ

Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for accounting and posting of all duly approved e-cash and advance requests transactions, Invoice upload and posting, and all administrative staff retirements. The role is primarily operational.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Student of ICAN, ACA qualified, other finance related qualifications.
- Minimum of 3years’ broad experience in finance with preferred focus in the EPC space.
