1. Account Receivable Officer
Responsibilities
- Monitor receivables and cash flow
- Post invoices and payments accurately
- Conduct monthly reconciliations
- Submit VAT and WHT returns on time
- Generate detailed receivables reports
2. Account Payable Officer
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze payables for timely payment
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare weekly payable reports and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure timely filling out of VAT and tax returns
- Conduct cost reviews and variance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems ( e.g, SAP, Oracle, SAGE), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with financial regulations, VAT, and WHT processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. Key Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Sell company products and service offerings within the oil & Gas (IOCs, NOCs,etc) customers
- Manage and maintain client relationships prepare action plans to increase business activities
- Identify sales prospects and resolve customer concerns
- Provide feedback on sales, market trends, and customer preferences
- Achieve prequalification with clients and bid for projects
- Participate in industry events and marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years sales experience in Oil & Gas industry in Nigeria
- Familiar with service offerings for Oil & Gas sector
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
- Excellent knowledge of sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent command of presentation and negotiation techniques
4. Sales and Business Development Executive
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of field instruments and services for Oil & Gas
- Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
