Job Summary
We are seeking for a fresh BSc holder that is highly motivated and results-driven to join us as a Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand company products/services and sales processes.
- Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Visit clients/customers and present company offerings.
- Support sales team in proposal creation, client communication, and deal closure.
- Maintain CRM/database with updated client information and interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and market research.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets under supervision.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Requirements.
- BSc in (Marketing/Sales specialization preferred) from a recognized Small / Mid-level B-School.
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or project work in sales/marketing is a plus).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field sales environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Proficient in Local language.
