Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Project Engineer to support project engineering activities across subsea, pipeline, and field development projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to assist in project planning, documentation, risk assessment, and field operations, gaining valuable industry experience in the process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of oil and gas projects.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and cost estimates.
- Support field operations, including offshore vessel and site activities.
- Participate in QA/QC inspections, risk assessments, and integrity management tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Eng. in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 1–3 years relevant experience with strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
- NYSC (completed or currently serving).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Engineering and Project Management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, Primavera) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
