Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Participate in White Dove program and complete one observation daily,
- Computer data-entry for Behaviour Based Safety entry/Hazard Identification Report,
- Develop HSE graphs and charts for metric reporting,
- Develop Daily, Monthly, Weekly OH &S report,
- Schedule and coordinate HSE/Toolbox meetings and other campaigns.
- Coordinate Incident and Injury Free (IIF) program,
- Lead initiatives through exhibiting proper leadership behaviours,
- Delivering orientations/Inductions/training, and coaching leadership team and employees,
- Ensure implementation of Project HSE Management Plan and Project Site Specific Safety Plan,
- Conduct site audits and inspections of Contractor’s activities to ensure HSE contractor safety compliance,
- Conduct risk Assessment and analysis, including JHA, PTW, e.t.c.
- Ensures that drills are conducted as planned,
- Ensures the implementation of minimum health standard for all workers,
- Assist in implementing HSE plan and attainment of targets,
- Collate and submit all external audit report and recommendation,
- Manage activities to comply with HSE regulation and company policies, report unsafe act and unsafe condition.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited University or college.
- additional years of HSE experience in EPC or E&P company.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Marine environment and activities.
- Previous experience onboard Oil Tankers/FSO/FPSO an added advantage.
Training/Certification:
- NEBOSH IGC
- ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor.
- 5-7 years combined experience.
- Minimum of 3 years working at a Supervisor level in the areas of overseeing Occupational, Health, Safety, Environmental and Security inspectors.
