Job Summary:

The Onsite Support Analyst is responsible for serving as a desktop support expert, responsible for computer hardware, software (location specific or global) and peripherals. The Onsite Support Analyst acts as the second point of escalation for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines.
  • Communicates with customer regarding incident progress.
  • Provide digital solutions using MS PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.
  • Maintains Global Asset Management database with all the required updates related to the hardware.
  • Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change)
  • Assists in infrastructure setup & renovation project at location including the network devices, Lenel PACs, CCTV, Servers, PABX & Lync System
  • Coordinates spare asset inventory and maintains asset management.
  • Complies with QHSE and IT policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering or any related field of study.
  • Atleast 3year relevant experience with an IT related discipline
  • Experience to teams & project management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL based IT Service Model is an added advantage.
