We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:

1) Accountant

Job Summary

Join our dynamic Finance Team as a meticulous and proactive Accountant, where you will play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient transaction management to promote sustainable business growth.
In this role, you will manage core financial processes including report preparation, record maintenance, account reconciliations, and the monitoring of key financial activities. You will ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while providing actionable financial insights to support timely and well-informed business decisions.
Your strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills will enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively, streamline financial operations, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism within the finance function.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain Goods Receipt Note (GRN) documentation, ensuring accurate costing and timely processing of all inventory-related transactions.
  • Prepare and submit monthly statutory tax returns, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax (WHT), in compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Process Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests, monitor approval workflows, and conduct quarterly verifications to ensure all capital expenditures are properly authorized, accurately recorded, and fully reconciled.
  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal control procedures and audit requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive intercompany reconciliations, ensuring balances and transactions are accurately recorded and all discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
  • Collaborate closely with members of the Accounting Department to meet departmental targets, support smooth financial operations, and align activities with the organization’s overall objectives.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.

2) Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong technical and engineering skills? Do you have a background in electrical engineering?
We are seeking a smart, highly-skilled, and dedicated Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in automated filling machines to join our team.
In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, ensure all systems operate efficiently, and support the continuous operation of the plant while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will also collaborate with other teams to implement improvements and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive maintenance on all production equipment in line with the maintenance schedule, strictly following the designed checklist.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across factory facilities, including mechanical, civil, and electrical systems.
  • Attend to all factory electrical issues in the day-to-day running of the plant, ensuring swift response to any faults reported or observed during inspections.
  • Monitor spare parts availability in the store and raise purchase requisitions for the replacement of any understocked items as needed.
  • Demonstrate discipline in executing tasks while adhering to machine safety guidelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with factory safety standards when working with contactors and other equipment.
  • Responsible for instrumentation and control of plant operations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
  • Basic understanding of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
