1) HSE Officer
Job Summary
The HSE Officer ensures a safe, secure, and compliant work environment by implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, policies, and procedures. The role supports operational excellence through proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety awareness across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and communicate HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, inductions, and safety trainings.
- Monitor fire detection systems, first aid materials, PPE usage, and ergonomic requirements.
- Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate emergency drills, HSE meetings, waste management, and PTW processes.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, daily reports, and KPI tracking.
- Liaise with regulators, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Industrial Safety, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- 3–5 years’ experience in HSE roles within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Construction.
- HSE Level 3 and NEBOSH IGC required; IRCA Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience implementing HSE-MS and conducting investigations.
- Strong technical knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

2) Laboratory Technician
Job Summary
The Laboratory Technician will provide technical support for crude oil testing and laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role is essential to maintaining high-quality laboratory standards and supporting operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical and physical tests on crude oil samples in line with ASTM standards.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot key laboratory instruments.
- Perform crude oil analyses (API gravity, BSW, sand-cut, pH, cloud/pour point, etc.).
- Accurately document and upload test results into the company’s cloud system.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration logs, quality records, and inventories.
- Clean laboratory glassware and maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.
- Support HSE, Quality Management, and weekly reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in laboratory practice (Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Industrial sector preferred).
- Strong accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of laboratory procedures, equipment usage, and testing standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, accountability, and ethical compliance
