We are seeking qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:

1) Senior Telecom Associate Engineer

Job Summary

Are you an experienced Telecom Engineer with a strong background in TETRA and mission-critical communication systems? Join our team and play a key role in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining communication networks that support Nigeria’s oil & gas and critical infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of TETRA communication systems.
  • Perform RF planning, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure high network availability through preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage network monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Configure radios, subscriber provisioning, and network security.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with client, HSE, and NCC standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support client engagements.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in telecommunications engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with TETRA or mission-critical radio systems.
  • Strong knowledge of RF planning, troubleshooting, IP networking, microwave, and fiber transmission systems.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas or critical infrastructure sector is an added advantage.
  • Vendor certifications (e.g., Motorola DIMETRA), CCNA, or RF certifications will be an advantage.

2) Accountant

Job Summary

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a background in the Oil & Gas servicing industry? Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team and support the company’s financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledgers.
  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing in line with contract terms.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ accounting experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas servicing industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or active pursuit of certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, IFRS, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

3) Procurement Officer

Job Summary

Are you a proactive procurement professional with experience in the Oil & Gas industry? We are looking for a results-driven Procurement Officer to join our team and support the sourcing and procurement of quality goods and services while ensuring value for money and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with company policies and project requirements.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and negotiate competitive prices.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ procurement experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas servicing industry.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using ERP or procurement software is an added advantage.
