The office of a faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano has been set ablaze by some protesters.
The building, located at Tarauni LGA of the state, serves as the meeting point of the Kano APC faction loyal to Ibrahim Shekarau, a former governor of the state.
The incident took place on Thursday morning.
The protesters are alleged to be loyal to Abdullahi Ganduje, the governor of Kano.
It is unclear what triggered the arson but the factions have been at loggerheads for some time.
