Ensuring Safe work practice for the team, Agreement process way of working,
Good knowledge of WECS & UNIC systems to Minimizing engine MTBF
Problem solving by RCA method.
Ensuring maximum Availability, Reliability, and PLF of Gas engines Responsible for all Mechanical maintenance related activities of the power plant.
Responsible for the timely completion of Major overhauls with zero reworks.
Responsible for all activities related to the operations and maintenance of the Power Plant.
To implement plant operations/maintenance schedules and procedures.
To maintain MIS such as logs and records of normal operations of plant & safety documents.
To efficiently handle shutdowns, start-ups, and other operational disturbances.
To ensure uninterrupted quality power to the customer.
To ensure the financial performance of the contract.
Turbocharger maintenance experience is an added advantage.

B.ENG/BSc in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
5 – 8 years of progressive experience in Gas / HFO-based multi-engine power plants.
