NDDC Project HOPE LGA supervisors and collation officers (Name & Phone number)

Following the successful training of Supervisors and Collation Officers for the Project HOPE. programme by Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), applicants are advised to know their LGA Collation Officers.

NDDC had in July launched the program Project HOPE with the primary objective of creating an extensive database encompassing all Niger Delta youths, women, and entrepreneurs with genuine needs and aspirations that align with NDDC programs and interventions in the nine (9) Niger Delta state which comprises of; Rivers, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers, Imo, Ondo, Bayelsa, Delta and Edo State.

Project HOPE which is an acronym for Holistic Opportunity Projects of Engagement, also seeks to generate 1,000 jobs per state through strategic partnerships and skill development programs.

According to a statement by Pius Ughakpoteni, Director, Corporate Affairs of the commission said the trained supervisors and collation officers will embark on their respective missions, equipped with knowledge, determination, and an unwavering commitment to improving the Niger Delta.

The areas of concentration includes; agriculture, ICT, renewable energy, fashion, and arts and crafts to provide training and mentorship to the Niger Delta’s young talents.

Ogbuku said, “Project HOPE has come to stay. When it was launched on July 12, 2023, some skeptics thought it was not going to be feasible.

He described the collation officers and supervisors as the real hope of the Niger Delta region, saying, “The trainees come from all the local government areas in the region, and the selection process was strictly online, making it very transparent
