Over 50,000 APC Supporters To Storm Tinubu Rally In Port Harcourt ~ Rivers PCC Chairman.

It promises to be a festival of overwhelming solidarity as over 50,000 supporters of the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu storm the Elekiah stadium in Port Harcourt for his campaign rally.

The Rivers State chapter of Ahmed Bola Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, said that it has mobilized about 50,000 persons across the twenty three local government areas of Rivers State to attend the presidential rally.

The rally which is billed to hold on 15th of February, 2023 was given the needed blessing when Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State last week approved the State owned Yakubu Gowon Stadium as venue for the presidential rally.

The Chairman of the PCC local organizing committee in Rivers State, Chief Tony Okocha, told reporters shortly after inspecting the Yakubu Gowon Stadium, venue of the presidential rally at the weekend that all is set for what he described as mother in the earth presidential rally.

Chief Okocha said that members of APC and the local organizing committee of PCC are upbeat and are ready to host a successful presidential rally.

Chief Okocha said that all APC members in Rivers State are united in their drive to ensure a successful and hitch free rally.

“We have come here to inspect the facilities at this venue which has been approved by the State government. One of the reasons why we came is to also assure our presidential candidate that Rivers State is up beat and that we are ready for him (Tinubu) on the 15th of February. You can see things for yourselves what we have done so far and we want to assure our presidential candidate and the PCC at the national level that we are upbeat.

“Even though nothing has been advanced to us, we have taken the bull by the horn and as people we have felt that no attempt and nobody will attempt to sabotage what the APC is doing in Rivers State.

“So, we have put resources together and we have also mobilized a minimum of 50,000 persons to attend the rally at this particular venue. We are here to ensure the success of the rally. We have put everything in place to ensure that we have a very successful rally come February 15.”

Chief Tony Okocha said with mobilization and enlightenment program carried out so far across the State, APC presidential candidate will win the February 25 presidential election.
