Production Co-Ordinator at Lafarge Africa Plc

Job Summary:

The role holder will be responsible for coordinating all production activity and ensure that our bench mark target is met.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly on information relating to potentially dangerous situations and get confirmation that they are correctly understood.
• To ensure jobs are carried out in a safe manner, and to advice on all necessary safety precautions, safe methods and safe working procedures.
• Make sure that key equipment is working properly.
• Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Check safety and cleanness in workplace.

Requirements:

• BSc Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any related science based discipline
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Sound people management skills
• Attention to detail
