QA/QC Engineer at Dutum Company Limited

We are seeking qualified candidate to join our team as a QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary

Site quality control to prevent non-conformances, mitigate reworks, and strengthen internal QA/QC processes in line with the organisation’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out timely inspections to identify non-conformances and prevent errors that result in rework.
• Plan and carry out materials tests in accordance with inspection and test plans.
• Maintain accurate and traceable records of project QA/QC documents.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Prepare reports and make presentations on QA/QC project methodologies.
• Carry out any other responsibility as may be assigned by the line supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant work experience.
• First degree or HND in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building Technology is strongly required.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering principles and standards.
• Experience working with engineering software such as AutoCAD.
• Previous work experience with a design firm will be an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings.
• Strong report-writing skills and high attention to detail.
