We are hiring to fill in the following position:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quality takeoffs for construction projects based on drawings, specifications and site visits
• Utilize quantity surveying software and tools
• Develop detailed cost estimates for const ruction projects, including materials, equipments, labour and overhead costs
• Analyse and evaluate tender documents and bids
• Prepare cost reports and forecast
• Manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contracts terms and conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Professional membership in a relevant professional quantity surveying organisation (e.g NIQS)
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
