Job Summary
The Financial Planning & Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to gather data, preparing comprehensive financial reports, analysing variances, and providing insights to senior management. The Manager also ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, driving continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline, plus
- ICAN ACA or ACCA professional qualification
- 8 to 10 years of progressive work experience in Accounts/Finance function
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (e.g., SAP ByD)
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Highly numerate with good analytical skills.

2) Finance Manager
Job Summary

The role acts as a bridge between finance and operations, ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives.

- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline, plus
- ICAN ACA; ACCA or CIMA’s CGMA professional qualification
- 5 to 7 years of progressive work experience in Accounts/Finance function
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (e.g., SAP ByD)
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Highly numerate with good analytical skills.
- High proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office

4) Procurement Officer
Job Summary
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for the efficient sourcing, purchasing, and management of materials, equipment, and services required for drilling operations. The role ensures that procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, compliant with company policies, and aligned with local and international regulatory standards in the oil & gas industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement/supply chain for a drilling contractor.
- Proven track record of handling procurement for drilling rigs, consumables, and services.
- Professional certification (CIPS, ISM, NIProc, or equivalent) is an advantage.

5) Procurement Officer (SDI)
Job Summary
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring quality goods and services at the most competitive prices in line with company policies and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of the oil & gas service industry, excellent supplier relationship management, and strict adherence to compliance, safety, and HSE standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in procurement/ supply chain in oil & gas.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Professional certification (CIPS, ISM, NIProc, or equivalent) is an advantage.
