1.) Piping Engineering Positions
- Piping lead Engineer
- Piping Senior Engineer
- Piping Intermediate Engineer
Responsibilities
- Ensures the achievement of assigned goals and the fulfillment of the project quality requirements and the contractual obligations.
- Analyze the project technical documents in order to validate consistency between the budget, resources and means allocated for the work completion and the targets to be met.
- Monitors and reports actual progress including 3D / check for Discipline activities, including control of men-hours and delivered documents: particular care is required for sub-contracted activities.
- Writes the Piping and Layout methodologies / Design Premises comprehensive of all necessary data, general and specific design guidelines (the technical roadmap for the discipline engineering activities)
- Provides technical support to Procurement, Subcontracting and Construction activities included in the scope of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s /master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Experience with piping system design and installation.
- Conversant with Shell DEP, TotalEnergies GS, international codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, ASTM NPF, etc
- Knowledge of stress analysis and pipe stress calculations
- Excellent communication and project management skils.

2.) Electrical Engineering Positions
- Electrical lead Engineer

Responsibilities
- Implement project /client requirements into electrical design.
- Prepare electrical load list, schematic diagrams, single line diagrams, cable schedules and MTO using Smart Plant Electrical
- Perform calculations for equipment sizing, UPS, cable sizing, lighting. grounding and heat tracing
- Design and checking of single lines, schematics and wiring diagrams, area classification, grounding. panel/cable schedules, equipment layout, cable layout, tray layout, lighting and installation details without supervision
- Review and coordinate electrical 3D model with the other disciplines
- Provide construction support and perform pre-commissioning and start-up activities for electrical systems when required
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Preparation of project deliverables as per cost, schedule and quality requirements
- Act as Senior Mechanical engineer to manage delegated aspects of a project team
- Ensure that the technical competence of mechanical staff supervised is matched to the work in hand

- Fully conversant with international design codes for Process and Utility Packaged equipment such as Gas Dehydration, Gas Sweetening. Produced Water Treatment, Flare, Reverse Osmosis, Air Compressor, Air Dryer, Nitrogen Generation etc.
- Fully conversant with packaged equipment operation and maintenance issues and requirements
- Prepare equipment specifications and datasheets of packaged equipment
- Prepare procurement engineering documents, such as tender documents /RFQs, technical bid evaluations purchase recommendations

Responsibilities
- Instrumentation setup in instrumentation lab
- Provide technical guidance, support, training. and expertise to plant
- Monitor Instrumentation system performance across all plant units
- Assess Instrumentation performance and recommend improvements for system optimization
- Develop and maintain lifecycle management activities for Instrumentation systems
- Establish auditing guidelines and perform instruments audits.
- Lead the development of new strategies and validate the feasibility of improving company productivity
- Provide awareness sessions and lead technical exchanges and conferences.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Instrumentation and contribute to the troubleshooting activities
Requirements

5.) Process Engineering Position.
- Process Lead Engineer

- Process Intermediate Engineer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for process engineering activities and deliverables for equipment package and utility systems.
- Responsible for process design, simulation, heat & material/energy balance.
- Generate process engineering drawings such as Process Flow Diagrams, Utility Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Isolation Drawings.
- Prepare process deliverables such as equipment list, line list, process datasheets, process description, basis of design, control narratives and technical specifications for vendor supplier packages
- Perform hydraulic calculations and calculations for process equipment such as separators. desalters, sour water strippers, knock-out drums, air receivers, storage tanks, etc.
- Sizing the heat exchangers (HTRI). control valves and relief devices by evaluating different scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in chemical engineering or related

- Materials, Corrosion & Inspection lead Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provides subject matter technical assistance to field operations and maintenance personnel in matters regarding cathodic protection, protective coatings,
- material selection, corrosion inhibitors & biocides, corrosion data management, construction techniques, and testing procedures for the prevention and control of corrosion will provide consultation on specialized area related to corrosion control and Cathodic
- Protection and provide consultation and guidance to the other Corrosion Engineers and the gas organization as required in this area of expertise

- Maintain records and documentation of HSE activities, inspections, training incidents and corrective actions ensuring accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Conducting site inspections and monitor progress work within a multi- discipline team to develop and/or review efficient and reliable civil/structural design packages.
- Coordinate design activities to maintain project schedules budget quality requirements to ensure successful project completion.
- Accountable to provide design activities in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including company policies and procedures such as Safety, Environmental Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Prepare specifications for material equipments and construction work deliver accurate and thorough civil/structural designs that will meet industry standards and specifications and meet prudent engineering practices review internal and external designs for code compliance, good design practice and constructability.
- Coordinate design activities with other multi- discipline project team members. Provide construction support including resolving site queries , attending site meetings and performing site inspections during the construction phase of projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and regularly (weekly) submit reportes and maintain records.
- Prepare project site related reports and presentations as required and produce performance measurement tools to monitor the contractor’s and project performance.
- Ensure that the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements are implemented by the contractor on sir and the particular hold points required are coordinated with the Project Team.
- Conduct Quality or technical compliance audits for Contractor, Subcontractors or Vendors Review QA/QC organization.
- Review QA/QC Procedures as submitted by the Contractor’s and ensure implementation.
- Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractor’s and ensure Compliance with AGREEMENT requirements.
- Attend activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format signed off by the Contractor’s QA/QC Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certified and /or registered quality assurance auditor /assessor or other equivalent registrations.
- Experience writing and implementing QA Management systems for engineering programs.
