The TGI Distri Commercial Trainee Program is a structured talent development initiative designed to equip young and passionate graduates with the knowledge and competencies required for future managerial and leadership roles in Sales.
Participants will undergo an intensive induction exercise before being deployed to the Sales Department in any of our branches across Nigeria, where they will gain hands-on experience and in-depth exposure to TGI Distri’s diverse operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in any discipline with a minimum of 2.2 / Lower Credit
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum 2 years post NYSC experience
- Passion for Sales as a career path
- Proficiency in computer skills and office suites
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Not older than 28 years as of December 31st, 2025
- Candidates must be willing and ready to be deployed work anywhere in Nigeria
